Hiroshima International Council for Health Care of the Radiation-exposed (hereinafter referred to as "HICARE”), in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, appropriately handles the personal information provided through its website as stated below.

What is Personal Information?

“Personal Information” refers to personally identifiable information such as address, name, telephone number, email address, etc. which identifies the owner of the information.

Obtaining Personal Information

In the event that HICARE obtains personal information through its website, the obtaining of that information must, in principle, be based upon the website users’ will of provision. HICARE will clarify the purpose of obtaining the personal information, and obtain the information within a necessary range required to achieve the foresaid purpose.

Use and Provision of Personal Information

The personal information obtained from website users shall be used for the purpose of the use specified in advance.
